Company took our money for three of the same product, no updates in ten days. Had to reach-out to customer service for status, they said they had none in stock (so why are they selling them?). No solution offered, waiting on refund. Tried to post review to their website, apparently they only post positive reviews- as mine does not show two days later.

They deserve a zero. This is a scam. I ordered the diffuser and scents over a year ago. Then I realized that diffusers are harmful for the kids about 2 months out. It’s been over a year, I contacted them on Facebook, on Instagram, called all their numbers, and I am still being charged $60 a month for refills I don’t fucken want. Stay away from them! Once they have your credit card number they won’t stop charging you! Don’t fall for this

This company is a SCAM-please avoid at all cost. I placed an order and after purchase realized they added a $30 "mystery item". This turned out to be a discount code that is impossible to use. Even worse- Half my order was not delivered and I cannot get any customer service response. So disappointed and frustrated!!

Horrible experience, no customer service and Shady tactics. I put 2 spray bottles in the cart and the order confirmation showed 1 bottle, $4.95 shipping insurance (I did not want that) and charged me $20 to ship 1 small bottle that would be less than $5 if they shipped USPS. I couldn't cancel the order or contact anyone. What a nightmare. Buy at your own risk. I will never buy anything from them again

HORRIBLE COMPANY! They are a scam. After 33 emails exchanged, they continue to charge me for a contract that expired … for two faulty diffusers I received that they refused to replace. I have six unopened bottles of oil now, in addition to the two originals that came with the two diffusers. … Their remedy: they want to sell me a larger unit with a three year contract! Unbelievable. They are an unethical company that puts greed over customer service. BUYER BEWARE,

Just went to use a gift card from last Christmas noticing it expired in LAST March. I only had 3 months to use a $100 gift card? Absolutely ridiculous. And customer service was NO HELP what so ever! GLADLY taking my business elsewhere, what a joke!

Ordered from them and got a subscription. I figured they had good products because they sold them at my Lexus dealership in the store. After I ordered they provided me with tracking and the package never showed up even though it claimed to be delivered. After, I contacted customer service asking where my package was, I fit no response. Now I have to go to my bank to file a claim.
