What is wrong with this company! The idea is fabulous and some of the senses are great, but I have now purchased four studio diffusers and every one of them has broken. Two of them never work to begin with and their response was that they would send me the bigger version. Both of the studio pro diffusers leak all the way into the canister and stopped working after about two weeks. This is a horrible waste of money.

I ordered a studio diffuser that came free with a propod subscription where I am paid $58/mn for 3 months. I received it in July and by November, it had quit working. I troubleshot my diffuser and the scent is still not being disbursed. I asked to exchange it, even for a refurbished diffuser, and was denied. They only warranty the diffuser ($200 retail) for 90 days!! I was told to buy another subscription and I could get another diffuser for free. Why? So this could happen again? I'm VERY disappointed.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. I bought two diffusers. Neither worked. Tried to troubleshoot with their support line which did not correct. Attempted a return which was a miserable process and in the end only got refunded for one of the two diffusers I returned. And during this entire process they relentlessly texted/ marketed to me. Horrid scam of a company which is apparent by the people that promote it. Do NOT give them your money.

False advertisement for sample kits. Don't call back as promised, and can't keep you on the phone before dropping call and be sent to another agent.

I just saw this company selling on QVC?

Do not go into contract with this company. I have been sent wrong scents and even a machine I did not order and have bene trying to cancel since February. Their VIP services and their CEO have not responded to probably over 50+ emails I sent requesting to cancel. Further as of this week it looks like they have now sent me another machine I did not order. They will not even send me the return labels to send my machine back and the wrong scents I have received.

Absolute trash. Will send you emails saying refunds were issued when they weren’t. Product breaks quickly and warranty is short. Will charge you for shipments well after you cancelled. Won’t issue deposit return. I wasted hundreds of dollars on this!! DO NOT GET SUCKED IN
