they admit to recording my phone call in june of 2024 to cancel my subscription yet continue billing me thru Jan 2025. this is Theft! almost 300.00 after my first cancellation an now they are asking me to jump through hoops to get my refund!!! if anyone else stole money they would be put in jail! wonder how many thousands of others are being stolen from as well?!?!

Do Not Order anything from Hotel Collection LLC. The worst customer service ever, their diffusers are horrible and extremely costly. Their oils are over 70 bucks. The oils arrive damaged, will leak in the packaging, and will damage your mail. You have to send proof, aka pictures to Hotel Collection, LLC. They will not believe you over the phone or through their chat options. The diffusers break, they will not replace the diffusers, only a 90 warranty. Hotel Collections LLC is a scam! Do not waste your money. I have all the chats saved, pictures, etc. if anyone needs proof!

I had been a customer since 2020. The product was always a little pricy but we loved how it made our home smell, people always noticed and commented how they too loved it. I even had friends buy it because of how our home smelled. After 4 years the 2 small diffusers I bought burned out, so naturally I bought a new one. I found out that this new one takes something now called a pod. I was so disappointed since I bought the oils to keep refilling the bottle my old diffusers took. Not only did the new diffuser not work right (ran for 20/30 seconds and would turn off, wait another 3-5 min turn on, run 20 seconds again and stop diffusing etc etc, but the company also found a way to make you keep buying these propod oil bottles! My experience with them in 2020 was vastly different from 2024. Not sure if they were bought out or what, but my experience is the same as those listed here. Units don't work, poor customer service, and horrible return policy. They claim to be high-end, and for the cost to scent your home it would be, except the diffusers are now garbage and the company comes across scammy. They act like you spent $50.00 and not $500.00. So sad since I loved my first experience with Aroma 360/Hotel Collection and how my home smelled, but now I've abandoned them and let my friends and family also know to stay away.

I received an email this morning at 2:50 am regarding an order I did not place an order or authorize this charge. In addition, I am signed up for a subscription that I never authorized. Waited on hold for over 2 hours for customer service, sent emails and chats. Still pending......

This company is a scam. High pressure sales and refuse to give refunds after returns. Run around on the phones. They need to be investigated and out of business. Owners need to be jailed.

BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY EVER! Zero help with customer service, refuses to give refunds or even a return label, constantly get hung up on, no email responses, given fake phone numbers. It’s TERRIBLE. DO NOT PURCHASE. If I could give negative stars I would.

Made a purchase and I also included the surprise gift for $15. It was a $50 discount card. When I attempted to use it, it turned out it can only be used for a very limited number of items. I even contacted their customer service to voice my displeasure. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. It is clearly a scam and I would discourage anyone from doing business with them.

I would not recommend my worst enemy to buy this hotel collection. I don't smell nothing from the fragrant. My way, it's a waste of money. A fraud a scam.
