order HC1653585 I have sent numerous emails like the one below trying to get my diffuser replaced. I’ve had it for less than two months. I’ve posted on their Facebook page, made a claim on their Better Business Bureau page and even contact the owner. Do not purchase from this company. They are a scam. My diffuser is not working. I turn it on and it will work for 10 seconds and then shut off. Can you please replace this as it’s within the warranty. I have emailed three times with no response. I will be contacting the BBB and the owner next!

I got two diffusers *for free* with the promotion that I buy 3 months of oil. (Cost is close to $60 per bottle of oil.) I have a lot of oil after 5 months and two broken diffusers. They told me the warranty only lasts for 3 months so there is nothing they can do to help me. Poor customer service and they do not stand behind their product. DO NOT BUY THEIR DIFFUSERS!!

I live in the UK and have purchased from this company previously without any issues but this second purchase experience shows them in their true light. When I made my 2nd purchase I checked the shipping policy again as I was buying from a US co from the UK. Stated same as before that all taxes and customs are calculated at checkout and price paid is cost to ship. Roll on a few weeks later when goods finally arrived, I’m advised by my local postal service that they can’t be delivered until I pay some customs duty which was equal to approx. 50% of what I’d paid for the goods. So onto customer services and what a joke they are!!!! Firstly the pathetic language they use about helping and how important you are. UTTER GARBAGE. I was passed around agents on every single conversation I had with them, having to explain my complaint over and over again. But no matter what their own customer policy states they were sticking to the fact that customs duties were outside of their control. I get this and know this to be the case but not when their own policy states these are calculated and paid at checkout. So now I’m out of pocket with no goods and can only hope I get a refund when the goods are sent back. Like that’s going to happen!! Be warned. Don’t use this company.

SCAM COMPANY. Claimed to send out my very expensive diffuser twice. Still not received and no update on tracking. No response to emails. Avoid.

Complete scam. I've tried to cancel after my obligation numerous times and yet they continue to charge my card. Had to contact my credit card company to block charges

Absolute garbage company. You have to call to cancel a subscription and they harassed me because I didn't have a good enough reason to cancel. Unbelievable.

I had a very frustrating experience with Hotel Collection. I placed an order for a diffuser with a one-time scent, and to my surprise, I received an email the next day stating that I had subscribed to a monthly delivery. This was something I absolutely did not select when I made my purchase. Additionally, they automatically added a mystery item to my cart without my consent and charged me $15 for it. I only noticed these issues after I had already paid and received the confirmation. When I contacted customer service to resolve these issues, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from Zyrille. Not only did they fail to address my concerns, but their attitude made the situation even more frustrating. This experience has left me feeling misled and frustrated. I will definitely think twice before ordering from Hotel Collection again and highly recommend being cautious when shopping with them.
