They offer you a cheap deal to buy their pro version only to find out what they send you will not work until you go back to them and make another purchase and buy a bottle that goes into their machine for another $50+ dollars on top of what you just paid for the pro version. It’s a totally Rip off!!!

Hotel collection Room Spray. Do not buy. It is literally like spraying water. So disappointing. I bought the November rain and there is zero scent. I paid almost $60 for this and it’s such a rip off. Stay away.

Firstly the item wasn't sent by UPS... package was held at customs and I received a card from royal mail saying not enough postage was paid by sender and I had to pay £75 to retrieve. I emailed them and scheduled a call with hotel collection but no reply. I had to collect item from royal mail and paid the fee. I paid extra £15 for a surprise gift ...all I got included with my products was a thank you card....a thank you card I paid £15 for!!!!!!!! Do not buy from hotel collection

It’s a shame how bad the customer service is because they chase you to buy but ghosted me for a replacement o refunds . They did ship a defective diffuser and I returned and I called to ask for my replacement and now I can’t reach them basically up to today I’m being stolen I will look for other company to have my house scented

This is a scam. I placed an order then they called me the next day to upgrade to a VIP program, saying I have 30dys to cancel without any problems. When I attempted to cancel 20min after I realise it was a scam, what a headache. Simeon Dubois is a liar. I asked so many questions and he tells you what you want to hear so you can sign the contract. After 3 emails, 2 phone calls and a txt, he finally gave me a number to customer service. I spoke to a Linda Benoit , she was kind enough to cancel the membership since it was less than 8hrs, not even 24hrs. She sent me an email with a confirmation for cancellation. Im just waiting on my refund which she says will take 5-7dys. Also, she mentioned a finance loan company thats a 3rd party biller which was a shock. The rep that call you won't mention that, and will lie that the product has been shipped when its not. The website online seems like a reputable company, but when they txt and call you the next day saying they have inquiries before your order is shipped, don't answer just block. I received about 4 txt and calls from different names....Also, when you hit the call button to speak to the person you just spoke to, it goes to another number...scam, scam, scam. Please don't do it.

Trash quality, and no one answer or responds, i cant even leave a google review for this company? I literally walked a 300 dollar order straight to the dumpster.

I ordered a diffuser that came with the scent. The scent could not be smelled when I asked to return the product. I wound up in a three week email argument with this Company. They wanted to do everything and anything other than give me my money back. They want me to buy new pots. They wanted me to buy a different diffuser then they said if I returned the unit, there would be a 30% restocking fee. They would not refund the delivery fee and I had to pay to get it back to them so essentially I was gonna be spending even more money on returning the diffuser.

Scam! Great scents but sleazy up sale tactics posing as customer care agent. Website will sell incompatible products and then customer service will give you weeks of email run around and blame the customer for the mistake. Terrible customer support but great scent if you can get your equipment to work. Expect to be bombarded with calls and text trying to upsell any order.
