Why does this Company [who has a good product] treat their customers so disreputably??? I can see [on a Review Website] that there are over 300 reviews, all with a 1 out of 5 rating, only because of dishonest, disingenuous, sales staff. How asinine!?!?! You had the opportunity to be a great, very successful, company; and you have blown it!? I was actually about to purchase more from your company; only to just discover [first from my daughter, and then from reading the Reviews] that you are operating like the worst of ‘a used car salesman’ analogy. Shame on you!

Terrible company, buyer beware. I ordered the starter diffuser and received a phone call from the company to upgrade what I had purchased, their concierge line. Anyway I fell for it and received a big device that was not going to work for me. I called and had a hard time getting hold of a representative and when I did, they were just rude. Finally was able to get a return mailer for the device and oils and get my subscription cancelled. Next thing I know they are charging me $115.00 for my monthly oil order. Tried to get in contact again and reiterated that I had canceled my subscription, which they confirmed. Then I was charged another $115.00. Still have not received all of my refunds after4 months! Save yourself time and money, do not order anything from this company !

Their website states that the diffuser covers up to 600 sq ft, which is approximately the size of my apartment. However, even at the highest setting, the diffuser does not fill the space with any noticeable scent unless standing directly beside it. I also tried using it in a much smaller bedroom with similarly disappointing results. The only prominent output is the noise, which has become disruptive rather than relaxing.

DO NOT under any circumstances enter into any sort of contract or plan with this company. They have underhanded practices, tell you lies to get you into a contract and twist your arm so that they don't lose the sale. 100% would NEVER use this company or AROMA360 again.

I received multiple phone calls and texts within minutes of placing my order - was told my order was "paused". As they continued to call me, I picked and was told what a great promotion they had for me. The representative tried to upsell me a larger diffuser and subscription for 5 oils a month - I declined. I received notification that my order had shipped with On Trac. I have had horrendous experience with On Trac Delivery and wanted to update delivery to my house. On Trac is a cheap delivery service with many problems. I called Hotel Collections and the Rep could not/would not contact On Trac to update delivery address. Very disappointed with the service received from this company.

Dont waste your money, rubbish product that doesn't live upto the hype

I purchased a diffuser and signed up for their oil subscription and a little over a year later a component in the diffuser stopped working. When I contacted Hotel Collection (which is owned by Aroma360), and they told me that their machines only have a 3 month warranty. But as a courtesy they will send me a replacement diffuser. Sounds nice, except I later found out that the bottles of oil I already purchased are not comparable with the new machine. So basically, they weren’t sending me a new machine to help me. They’re sending it so they can make more money off of me because when I asked how much the new scented oils are, the lady told me they’re over $100/bottle. Thanks but no thanks.

I love the products, hate the customer care team. They don't know anything about customer care. Today I cancelled my subscriptions with them.
