My first order said 3-7 bus day shipping. It has been 8 days and the little sampler pack is still in another state. The marketing is way too heavy with texts I had to opt out of, spam email encouraging me to buy more but ai haven't even gotten what I ordered over a week ago.

I’m giving this 2* because the expensive large units we purchased do scent our homes (Dbl Presidential for a 4500 sq ft home and Presidential for a 3600). The scent lasts just under what they describe - 1 mo on the lowest setting for the smaller (vacation) home, just under a month for our home that gets more use. That said, this is a horrible company. Upon ordering they have their concierge call and try to upsell you a subscription. The math adds to about $9000! It’s not even close to a savings if their scents last as they say they should. So I declined. Then the oils started being delivered anyway. They were broken and seeped all over everything. I complained. They said they canceled my subscription (to which, again, I hadn’t subscribed) and didn’t refund me for the unsolicited purchase. Not only that but when I sent photos of the useless empty bottles of oil they said they’d replace them and haven’t. They’ve since tried to hit my Amex again. Amex indicates this is common. I have had a new card issued. They send “free” gifts - that you pay $28 for. They’re black wine glasses and they too are packaged poorly and arrive broken. I ordered a car diffuser. It worked like a champ for a month. When I changed the cartridge… it no longer works. It fizzled a little. The scent is diluted and you can hardly smell it. Tech support, after 35 minutes, had me clean it again with alcohol - something I had already done - and it worked for another two days and … we’re fizzling again. Currently drinking wine out of my single unbroken wine glass from a set I wouldn’t pay $5 for on Amazon, researching new sources for oils that are compatible. That I’ll have to pay for on a new cc since I had to cancel the one this company keeps dinging. Like I said the commercial strength diffusers work but I’m not doing business with a company this shady. I expect a refund for the unordered, empty bottles of oil and car diffuser that doesn’t work. But if I’m not going to get that then perhaps let me know who I can source oil from since it won’t be you. It certainly won’t be at a cost of $9000 for a subscription. I declined it. Stop trying to charge my Amex.
