The minute you place an order you are stalked via phone calls, text and email all because you ordered product from them. They would text and call me min apart before my order shipped stating there was an immediate need to speak to me. It was insane. I texted that I was in a meeting and they asked I immediately call them back when I am free. Once I got ahold of someone I asked them to leave me alone and the woman got EXTREMELY rude. What in the Ponzi scheme is this? I would NEVER order from this company again (and my diffuser never worked right and leaked on my beautiful room and board dresser and stripped the paint off).

Absolute con! Purchased items at at cost of £61 & paid £12 delivery. Received a card from Royal Mail who want £75 in customs charges. Avoid this company at all costs. Wish id checked reviews before ordering & losing my hard earned money.

Do not buy from here! I never had agreed to a membership with them. Somehow after CANCELING my “membership” back in April I just got an email saying my order is packed and ready for shipment. This is such a scam. On top of that it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone from the company. They don’t allow you to cancel on their website yet make it nearly impossible to contact them.

The quality of the hotel collection diffuser is subpar for its price. The lifespan of the device is short. I’ve had 2 Tower diffusers and both stopped working unexpectedly. I then went with a more cost effective option and purchased the desktop which arrived without a critical piece, so untimely I was unable to use that as well. All Of This while have been underhandedly signed up for their First class program which included annual fee of $100 for an item placed in my cart as 0.00. When I called about the charge I was told it was non refundable due the 3 day free trial having concluded. Ofcourse there was no email informing me of said trial, it was a very sneaky way to get $100 out of a customer. I’m very disappointed in the company’s consumer practices.

My experience with hotel collection was extremely horrible from the start. Lesson learned from purchasing from instagram scams. The day I purchased I was already receiving text messages and phone calls from the company. I was confused and unsure why they kept calling. A few days later I finally picked up thinking that they had had issues with my order. The employe spoke to me about all their “packages” and their prices which raised red flags. The employee told me he would send me an email and follow up with me. I agreed only because I needed to get off the phone. Fast forward to a month later and I see a charge on my account stating that this is part of my monthly subscription. A subscription that I never signed up for or agreed to. I phone immediately in the morning and didn’t receive a call back until 8 hours later to then get transferred. This company is a scam and buyers should beware.

three weeks on still no delivery wait 30 mins on live chat and then nothing. scam of a company will report to my bank tomorrow

Do not use this company . They have started to take money from my account after I’ve cancelled my subscription months ago! They are thieves ! Do not use these muppets
