Save your time, money, and energy on doing business with this company!! I purchased one of their promotional units which was advertised for “$50” and was then unknowingly enrolled into some subscription program that billed me a total of $180. Customer service if you want to call it that tried to basically force me into this “subscription” and didnt want to issue me a refund. Avoid this company at all cost!!!

Hotel Collections is a scam. I placed a onetime order, and before I knew it, they automatically withdrew money from my debit card for a one year membership. I immediately called and they refused to refund my money for that membership. I'm still trying to dispute this. Do not purchase anything from this scam of a company!

Terrible! They sent me a half full bottle and a diffuser that worked for a two weeks. I have emailed multiple times and nothing!!!

THE WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET. I have been going back and forth with them since July- to sum up my most recent issue: after dealing with non stop issues I decided to cancel. I shipped my equipment back, they confirmed receipt of the equipment on 9/5, and charged my account 9/8. I am asking for a refund and they say no. Absolutely insane.

I have used this company since my wife and I visited Hotel 1 in Miami back in 2019. We have been monthly subscribers since. We had a surplus of oil so we canceled our subscription. When Daymon John bought the company we re subscribed at a perceived cost of $25 per month. Here is the kicker that’s for subscribers. You actually pay $54 per month. Not only did they raise the pric, they originally shrunk the bottle from the original size from a 10oz to a smaller 3oz but now are only filling the 3oz with only 1oz of fluid. When I called to ask why the price wasn’t the advertised $25 per month they told me I had to be a subscriber (which I was). But not only that but you have to make a yearly payment of $100 non refundable then you get the 1oz at $25/mo. Now when I subscribed none of this was on the page and not only that but I was never made aware that the prices and structure changed. My bill simply increased to $54/ month. I still have the last bottle in its wrap half full.

Be very careful. They will charge you a one year subscription at $140 without your explicit consent. They refused to refund the subscription I did not want. I hadn't even received their products ordered and had not tried them. Less than 72 hours after placing my order, they charge me the subscription and refused to refund it. Their web-site is misleading. Do not order from this company.

Bought a diffuser and oil and received it fairly quickly and without fuss although found the website to be terrible.. constantly defaulting me back to the US and not loading properly and generally being difficult. Upon receipt realised I’d bought the wrong oil (not a pro pod) so I went back and set up a subscription for the correct oil before discovering that I couldn’t just cancel the previous subscription for the incorrect oil on the website. Only option is to call a US number which is no use for UK customer. The chat function is non existent - it says it’s transferring you to an agent before promptly ending the chat. I’ve sent two emails requesting cancellation that have been ignored and to make it worse, they’ve not sent the replacement oil since I ordered it 11 days ago. I’m left with no option but to contact my bank to request a charge back for the new oil I’ve bought that hasn’t shipped and to attempt to block any future payments of the subscriptions. I wish I’d seen these reviews first - I would never have bought anything! Shocking service.

I got 2 diffusers. One for the first floor and one for the basement. I loved them u till they both stopped working, then I called and they said that those diffusers only last 2 years I was like okay then I paid $250 for each and $85 every month for refills that I won’t be buying because I don’t have a diffuser. Like seriously they rather a lose a costumer instead of replacing my diffuser. Wasted of money.
