Can’t get in touch with anyone… email box is constantly full. DO NOT USE this company! My diffusers never arrived, no correspondence from them, no apology… they signed me onto auto-subscription which I’m being charged for every month that I’ve been trying to cancel since July! Now I receive the scent pods that I can’t use as I never received my diffuser. Absolutely farce of a company!!!! 😡😡😡😡

Absolutely awful company! Have tried multiple ways to cancel my subscription but they do not reply! I have called, emailed, sent a message through their web enquiry page, nothing works! Avoid!!!!

I still have a unit that doesn’t work as well as at least one email from the company DAILY soliciting more items they sell. I can’t even seem to block them watch out!

Impossible to cancel I have tried to get in contact numerous times to cancel my subscription but it just gets ignored. The US phone number nobody answers the phone. They do not answer emails. I have had to get my bank to block charges but somehow they still charge me from another account. Beaware! Do not use this company.

We ordered 8 of the studio pro diffusers for our storefronts and have had 4 of them stop working. When we reached out to them multiple time for assistance, they informed us that the motors are only strong enough to run for 2 hours per day, however their website states "for best results, run 4-6 hours daily". I then spent an entire month trying to cancel the oil subscription.

I purchased 3 diffusers and scents under a year ago and they all stopped working. I complained and they would only replace 1 of them. I spent over 500. I am grateful for 1 but I feel they should have replaced them all. While talking w them they tried to up sell me another product as a discounted price. Their scents are ok but very strong. They could l use some softer and clean scents like a clean Cotten etc. I’d rate them a one for poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and Do not buy their products. At the time I reported the issue the were still less than a year old so the companies respawned is bogus. Do Not Buy from them. You are just waiting your money.

Well I ordered one candle and I received a flat sealed popcorn envelope with a thank you or ordering and a return slip but NO CANDLE lol so far no response from them

Anyone that has purchased the scent for your device check how much they send. I have received 2 bottles and both are half full I emailed them 3 times and no response which confirms how they are ripping people off. And paying almost 40-50 dollars a bottle it should be full.

We’ve recently transitioned to a 30ml scent bottle with an upgraded formula that delivers the same long-lasting scent, while enhancing performance and sustainability. To minimize waste during this transition, we are utilizing our remaining 50ml bottles but filling them with 30ml of our newly formulated fragrance. We hope this clears any confusion.
