Horrible!! This company operates in a way that feels intentionally misleading. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything. They tried to slip in a subscription I never agreed to, thankfully I caught it before paying. Then they pushed a “mystery gift,” and I didn’t realize they were charging me $15 for it. That’s not an accident. That’s deceptive. Right after that, they started calling me FOUR TIMES. I don’t answer unexpected calls, so they left four different voicemails from different people, plus texts and an email, all giving different reasons why I needed to call them back. Extremely suspicious behavior. This is by far the shadiest company I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache — DO NOT BUY!!!

Order january 12-2026 , never arrived. No way to communicate or get a response.

My diffuser broke after a few months. Apparently that was past the warranty, therefore they would not replace it. The customer service is HORRID. It takes forever on hold, and they constantly say they cannot help and transfer you to someone else, continuing the process of waiting on hold. (Their chat bot customer service just refers you to their phone number, so they don't provide help either.) I have also had the wrong oils sent. It is so difficult to reach someone to help with issues, but they will BOMBARD you will calls to try and upsell you to the next level of diffuser. Even when I tried to cancel, they keep trying to sell you a different subscription! It's awful, and NOT worth the headache.

More expensive than other better performing options, 3-4 times the cost per fluid ounce for same hotel inspired oils. My first shipment arrived with leaking bottles, they made me take pictures and send, now no response. Additionally the bottle leaked half the oils into the diffuser bottom, no idea how. Even worse, I tried to unsubscribe from monthly subscription and the website won’t without a phone call, and only during Mon-Friday work hours. Not one response to my many email attempts. Wish I’d have seen the reviews.

Should have negative stars! Battery needed to be changed. Upon opening, a long plastic piece fell out and doesn't work! I messaged them and they NEVER RESPONDED!

Canceled my subscription three times already and they keep ignoring it and keep sending products and illegaly charged my credit card. Never order there!!!

Please help, I am trying to return one of your diffusers as it does not work, I have been unable to receive a Returns Label in PDF format to enable me to print this off and the Post Office accept that this is suitable, what should I do, thank you

This company is a scam. Place the order and never receive that. Customer service is useless. They don’t respond. Please if you doubt- just avoid this company, they don’t deserve your money and energy wasted
