I got a dedicated plan...$79 Then I paid $39 for cpanel license and $2.99 ....After 8 hrs somebody emailed me and told me they dont have more that and If would like to keep going ...Theys ask me to pay another $35 for a different ...I refused and ask to refund my money $109 and ALSO they charge me two times without my authorization ...now they own me $225 and never the billing department return my emails,support tickets or MY MONEY! I hope paypal can get back to me ! Its 3 days already and nothing from hostwinds !! Be careful !!

This company is absolute rubbish according to service and management. No support manager knows nothing. You always have to put a ticket even if you are using a managed server. They got no pieces of information about anything and will cost you from various hidden charges.
