HostvergeReviews of hostverge.com

I have been using Hostverge for a year with one domain, and I can confidently say the experience has been excellent! The pricing is unbeatable, and I’m now excited to invest in their lifetime plan. Hostverge is a fantastic choice for small businesses looking for quality hosting at an affordable price. If you’re worried that it’s too good to be true, rest assured—it’s not. I’ve previously invested in three similarly priced lifetime hosting services, only to be let down by poor performance and reliability. Naturally, I was cautious about committing to Hostverge, but I’m so glad I gave them a chance. Over the past year, their service has exceeded my expectations, and I’m thrilled to move forward with their lifetime plan. Highly recommended for anyone looking for dependable and cost-effective hosting!

I needed a backup server and a place to house small projects. Hostverge has been perfect. I am 3 months in with no issues.

Il prezzo è ottimo e io non ho riscontrato nessun problema. Posso dirmi molto soddisfatto.

I run an NGO and NPO that needed more space for email communication and website data. After struggling with various hosting services for two years, I found Hostverge. Since switching to them a year ago, I’ve been 100% satisfied with their services. Their support is timely and fantastic, making my experience truly exceptional.

My experience with Hostverge has been, without a doubt, one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had with a technology provider. I hired their service expecting a professional solution for setting up email accounts, but instead, I encountered an endless series of problems that remain unresolved, even after weeks of trying. Problems Experienced: 1. Lack of clarity in instructions: The initial setup for email accounts was overly complicated, with vague instructions and links leading to non-functional pages or ones requiring credentials that didn’t work. 2. Issues receiving emails: While I was able to configure the emails to send messages, I couldn’t receive emails. I followed all the support team’s recommendations, adjusted DNS records, and tested various setups, but nothing worked. This created a poor experience for my clients, who rely on these email accounts for daily communication. 3. Inefficient customer support: After more than 5 weeks of trying to resolve the issue, I only received generic responses that offered no real solutions. Instead of investigating the issue thoroughly, the support team simply sent links and guides that did not address the problem. 4. Inconsistent ‘autodiscover’ technology: According to their documentation, the ‘autodiscover’ technology allows email accounts to be set up automatically by entering the email address and password. While this worked for one domain , it failed entirely for another domain, even after changing passwords and trying multiple configurations. 5. Time and productivity loss: It is unacceptable for a provider to take this long to resolve basic configuration issues. Communication was slow, and I often felt that the support team didn’t understand the urgency of the problem. Conclusion: I cannot recommend Hostverge to anyone seeking a reliable service and efficient technical support. My experience was extremely negative, and I was forced to request a refund and look for an alternative for my email needs. If you value your time and effective communication, I strongly suggest considering other providers. I hope Hostverge takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve, but unfortunately, I have completely lost trust in their services.

El soporte es demasiado lento, se hace una pregunta y responden con link al añ área de conocimiento [breve], si es para alguien que necesita apoyo , no lo recomiendo
