Very Good Service

I bought the package from a third party and had to contact customer service to help get it activated. It wasn’t too hard, but a little bumpy

The purchase of the website hosting plan, and initial control panel setup was a breeze. I even made a mistake during the process (poor typing on my end) and their customer support had my issue resolved in well under 24 hrs. Once i got everything set up, I was a little less clear on how to proceed with adding my first domain, etc. I eventually got it figured out, but my only complaint in this process is that there is a lack of existing, thorough support documentation. Their support team is top tier, but I'd also like the opportunity to resolve simpler issues on my own without the need to reach out. It appears the company is newer and is likely building all of that as I type my review:) Very well pleased with the product and will likely be making additional purchases here in the future.

Good service! They reply ticket in 24hr. Very quickly, the bad news was no Asia server(Japan, HonKong)...

The hosting and all applications is working well, the feedback is quite fast so I am overall happy with this live time plan hosting so far.

I like the fact that they're still offering lifetime hosting packages at rather reasonable prices, which equates to great value for money! I'm holding back one star from the full 5 star rating as the support could be a better in terms of response times. It's been a one response back and forth for me the past few days to resolve an issue. Otherwise, I have no other issues.

Been a customer for a few months now. Pricing is reasonable, service is reliable, and tooling is pretty good. I was worried about my experience with a lower cost hosting provider, but those worries have all melted away based on my most recent experience!
