Our team have been investors in Canada and Asia for several years, including in real estate, before being introduced to property arbitrage and meeting the Vacarya team.
Whether you're experienced or absolutely new, if you’re looking into entering into the STR and MTR market in the US and Canada, Vacarya is “THE TEAM” you want to work with.
The team will prepare you, walk you through and support you through every step of the process, ensuring you’re set up for success as much as possible. You’ll have access to their highly dedicated team and even directly to their owners who are ready to hustle alongside your team.
Our experience have been so positive that we’ve been positioning exits from our other investment to reinvest it with Vacarya. Without question, 20/10 experience with the team.

Great experience and E-2 visa success.
I’ve been working with Vacarya since late 2023 and have acquired 25 units with them. It’s been a great experience overall and, as an added bonus, I was also able to obtain my E-2 visa through the process. Very happy with how everything has worked out.

I had a Zoom call with a Vacarya team…
I had a Zoom call with a Vacarya team member named Ibby because I was seriously considering their program and wanted to understand their business model before making an investment.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience.
At the beginning of the call, I was asked several questions about my background, why I wanted to work with Vacarya, and whether I was ready to invest right away. I had no issue answering these questions. However, when I started asking my own questions about how their system actually works and what Vacarya means when they repeatedly describe the relationship as a “partnership,” I did not feel I was getting clear answers.
I specifically asked if he could show me how the system works or provide more details about the partnership model before I made any financial commitment. I was not asking for confidential or proprietary information—I simply wanted enough transparency to understand what I would potentially be investing in.
The tone of the conversation changed significantly when I asked about the relatively limited number of Trustpilot reviews. During the discussion, Ibby made a comment to the effect that Vacarya is not “begging” clients to partner with them.
I found this comment unnecessary and unprofessional. As a prospective client, I believe a partnership should involve mutual respect. Asking reasonable due-diligence questions before investing money should not make a potential client feel as though they are pushing or begging a company to accept their business.
I explained this to him and continued asking questions. Instead of addressing my concerns, the Zoom call was ultimately disconnected. I was genuinely surprised by how the conversation ended.
I want to be clear that I am reviewing my personal experience with their sales process. I did not become a Vacarya client, so I cannot comment on the actual results of their program.
However, based on this interaction, I personally would not feel comfortable investing with Vacarya at this time. When someone is considering a significant financial commitment, I believe transparency, professionalism, patience, and willingness to answer reasonable questions should be fundamental parts of the conversation.

For all viewers:
This call started with very basic questions so we could understand what he was actually looking for. Ankit was interested in his E-2 visa, and there were things we needed to know first to determine if we could help him in the first place.
He repeatedly turned these questions back on us, saying, verbatim, that “we had not shown our cards,” so “why would he?”, which truthfully confused us as there are no sides to begin with. This is a collaborative process. I think we can all agree this isn’t a productive way to have a conversation.
We were not withholding the model from him.
- We provided multiple pre-call resources explaining everything in extreme detail
- He was provided with our full contract agreement before the call even took place
- We provided him a consultation with our E-2 Immigration Consultant at no charge
We can actually see on the back-end that these pages were never even opened in the first place.
We were trying to understand if we were in a position to help him at all.
We have a 100% success rate this year on E-2 approvals. Our process works. It is rare we are met with such friction on the introduction call when it's only goal is simply to learn more about their situation, timeline, E-2 eligibility, etc.
We are more than happy to share the entire call recording with anyone so they can see first hand how this unravelled. The call was not disconnected, it came to a natural end where both parties agreed that we were not a good fit to work together.
With all that being said, we take responsibility for the outcome here as any feedback is a chance to improve. This call was with a brand new hire.
Ankit, we’ll have our VP reach out personally and make sure this experience ends on a much better note for you my friend.
Again, if anyone wants to see this call in entirety and come to a conclusion themselves, simply ask.

5 Stars
5 Stars - Highly recommend Vacarya! They were incredibly helpful from start to finish and truly delivered on their promise: I have 2 functioning Airbnb units that went live exactly as planned. Their customer service and support are top notch - responsive, professional and genuinely invested in making everything work. Turning an empty space into a guest ready rental is no easy task, but Vacarya made it look effortless. It was an exceptional experience!!

From Hesitation To Real Results
To be honest, I was on the fence at the beginning because the arbitrage model felt pretty overwhelming. After speaking with Aiden though, I gained the confidence to move forward and start my first US property, and from there I was able to grow into a second.
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth ride the whole time. There were a lot of challenges early on, but now it’s become more of a numbers game for me. That shift really came from the support and operational structure Vacarya provides, which helped me understand how to build this for the long term.
One thing I’ve learned is that success in this business isn’t just about making the right moves at the right time. It’s about running things strategically and building on a strong foundation. The systems and tools Vacarya gives you make the process feel much more manageable, regardless of how big you want to scale.
I’m still running a smaller number of units compared to others in the group, but the results I’m seeing push me to keep going. It’s shown me that there’s always a solution to the challenges that come up. If you stay consistent and follow the steps they lay out, you start to realize that success becomes a lot more predictable.

Shawn, we really appreciate this my friend. It's true you have less units compared to some of the Vacarya operators but yours are very large so they're bringing in huge profits. That is similar to how Aiden started.
By next year at the rate you're going you will double in size if not more. Keep it up.

Vacarya gave us the head start we needed
Working with Vacarya has been a great experience for our Airbnb arbitrage journey. With their help, we were able to grow our Airbnb portfolio much faster than we expected. The setup process was seamless, organized, and surprisingly quick, which made it easy to focus on scaling instead of getting stuck in the details.
Aiden has been an amazing support system throughout the entire process. His weekly calls are one of the most valuable parts of the program because they give me a chance to ask questions, learn from real situations, and stay on track with my goals. He is always patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to see everyone succeed.
What really stands out about Vacarya is the confidence they helped me build as a business owner. Before joining, scaling felt overwhelming, but their guidance, systems, and ongoing support made the process feel manageable and realistic. They do not just help you get started, they show you how to grow the right way.
The community, the accountability, and the step by step structure make a huge difference. You are not left guessing what to do next, and that is something I really appreciate. Because of Vacarya, I feel much more prepared to keep expanding my Airbnb business and take it to the next level.
I would definitely recommend Vacarya to anyone serious about Airbnb arbitrage and looking for a program that actually delivers on what it promises.

Vacarya took us from 1 unit to 13 in under a year
Vacarya helped my airbnb business grow from 1 unit to 13 in under a year. Aiden has been a fantastic mentor (even though he hates being called that) and has been instrumental in answering any and all nuanced questions we have. I have yet to stump him with a question haha. Learning from Vacarya was the best introduction we could have had into the arbitrage strategy, but partnering with them was the official game changer for us!

The Vacarya community as a whole is better with you in it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us, and we will see you on the next weekly mastermind.
