I had a Zoom call with a Vacarya team…
I had a Zoom call with a Vacarya team member named Ibby because I was seriously considering their program and wanted to understand their business model before making an investment. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. At the beginning of the call, I was asked several questions about my background, why I wanted to work with Vacarya, and whether I was ready to invest right away. I had no issue answering these questions. However, when I started asking my own questions about how their system actually works and what Vacarya means when they repeatedly describe the relationship as a “partnership,” I did not feel I was getting clear answers. I specifically asked if he could show me how the system works or provide more details about the partnership model before I made any financial commitment. I was not asking for confidential or proprietary information—I simply wanted enough transparency to understand what I would potentially be investing in. The tone of the conversation changed significantly when I asked about the relatively limited number of Trustpilot reviews. During the discussion, Ibby made a comment to the effect that Vacarya is not “begging” clients to partner with them. I found this comment unnecessary and unprofessional. As a prospective client, I believe a partnership should involve mutual respect. Asking reasonable due-diligence questions before investing money should not make a potential client feel as though they are pushing or begging a company to accept their business. I explained this to him and continued asking questions. Instead of addressing my concerns, the Zoom call was ultimately disconnected. I was genuinely surprised by how the conversation ended. I want to be clear that I am reviewing my personal experience with their sales process. I did not become a Vacarya client, so I cannot comment on the actual results of their program. However, based on this interaction, I personally would not feel comfortable investing with Vacarya at this time. When someone is considering a significant financial commitment, I believe transparency, professionalism, patience, and willingness to answer reasonable questions should be fundamental parts of the conversation.

For all viewers: This call started with very basic questions so we could understand what he was actually looking for. Ankit was interested in his E-2 visa, and there were things we needed to know first to determine if we could help him in the first place. He repeatedly turned these questions back on us, saying, verbatim, that “we had not shown our cards,” so “why would he?”, which truthfully confused us as there are no sides to begin with. This is a collaborative process. I think we can all agree this isn’t a productive way to have a conversation. We were not withholding the model from him. - We provided multiple pre-call resources explaining everything in extreme detail - He was provided with our full contract agreement before the call even took place - We provided him a consultation with our E-2 Immigration Consultant at no charge We can actually see on the back-end that these pages were never even opened in the first place. We were trying to understand if we were in a position to help him at all. We have a 100% success rate this year on E-2 approvals. Our process works. It is rare we are met with such friction on the introduction call when it's only goal is simply to learn more about their situation, timeline, E-2 eligibility, etc. We are more than happy to share the entire call recording with anyone so they can see first hand how this unravelled. The call was not disconnected, it came to a natural end where both parties agreed that we were not a good fit to work together. With all that being said, we take responsibility for the outcome here as any feedback is a chance to improve. This call was with a brand new hire. Ankit, we’ll have our VP reach out personally and make sure this experience ends on a much better note for you my friend. Again, if anyone wants to see this call in entirety and come to a conclusion themselves, simply ask. - Vacarya team.
