I’ve been working with Vacarya since 2024 and currently have four units with them, so I’ve had enough time working with the team to give a genuine review of my experience. Before joining, I had already spent a lot of time looking into Airbnb and the short-term rental space, but if anything, the more research I did, the more overwhelming it started to feel. There is so much information online and everyone seems to have a different opinion on what markets to enter, what properties work, how to approach landlords, how to furnish and launch a unit, how to price it, and everything else that comes with actually running the business. I knew there was an opportunity in the space, but going from researching it to actually doing it was the hard part. That’s where Vacarya made a big difference for me. They took a process that seemed complicated and made it much more manageable. Instead of having to figure out every step myself, I had a team that already understood the business and could help with finding opportunities, getting the units set up and launched, and answering questions as they came up. Since joining in 2024, I’ve grown to four units and have had multiple five-figure revenue months across my portfolio. Seeing those results has obviously been one of the best parts, but I think the bigger benefit has been the confidence I’ve gained as a business owner. Once you actually have units operating and understand the business better, scaling doesn’t feel nearly as intimidating as it did at the beginning. Another thing I really appreciate is how hands-off Vacarya can make a lot of the process. Time is a huge factor for me, and I didn’t want to spend countless hours searching for properties, trying to negotiate everything myself and learning every lesson the hard way. Having people who already know what to look for and having a support system to go to when something comes up has saved me a lot of time and headaches. That doesn’t mean Airbnb is completely passive or that every month is going to be perfect. It’s still a real business and there are always going to be challenges, slower periods, unexpected expenses and things you have to work through. But that’s actually where I think having the right team and systems around you becomes even more valuable. You’re not starting from zero every time you run into a problem. Looking back at where I was in 2024 compared to now, I’m really happy I decided to move forward with Vacarya. What started as me trying to make sense of all the information online has turned into a real business with four operating units and results that have given me the confidence to keep growing. For anyone considering Airbnb or short-term rental arbitrage, especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed by everything involved in getting started, I would definitely recommend talking to the Vacarya team. You still have to treat it like a business and put in the work, but having the right people, systems and support behind you can make the process a lot easier. I have been with Vacarya since March of 2026 and as of now have several functioning units in many United States markets. My experience with Vacarya so far has been great. They helped me get my business launched in a very short period of time. They for sure delivered what they promised. Vacarya is always there to support me. I can ask questions anytime and they do multiple weekly group calls. I never feel on my own. They are professional and follow through with everything that they say they will.
