Above and beyond host. Owner takes the time to assist and explain things when supporting customers. Owner is very transparent when it comes to technical specifications as well as addressing issues. Was given opportunity to trial run hardware for a period of time to test that hardware was up to needed specifications. Host is very open to pricing negotiation as well as service customization. I would like to disclose that there's been unexpected downtime in recent months. However as per SLA we have been compensated in a timely manner for the incidents as appropriate, and transparency has been provided regarding the incidents and plans on how issues will be addressed. I really feel like I can approach this host and ask any question and they will be more than happy to provide a detailed complete answer. I know there's probably cheaper options somewhere out there, but you can't beat the amount of support Hosturly is willing to offer at no cost.
