I've used various hosting services, but unfortunately, I had the worst experience with Hosturly (which I chose due to a high star rating on Trustpilot). 1. After a few months of smooth operation, the site became unreachable (and no, we hadn't made any changes). We contacted support for help (backup and fixing the problem), and yes, they restored the site from backup, and it worked for a couple of days, but then became unreachable again. 2. Following this issue, I decided not to pay the next invoice because we changed the hosting (and I didn't have autopay set up for this server). However, these guys debited my money for the service ($40) plus a late payment fee ($10). Because of all this, I decided to write a review. Maybe I was unlucky with this service, but this is my experience.
