Been messaging with them for months
Been messaging with them for months, which took a lot of time. Then after finally getting approved and signing the agreement I had to follow up multiple times for them to finally set us up with the processor. I had to email like 3 times. Only tp be told "Oh sorry, they weren't able to approve you" or smth like that. What a lack of professionalism and respect . Take your business elsewhere.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Keep holding ur money for 6 months for no reason and also not let you cancel and refund money for ur clients . More importantly u can’t login to see all transactions from ur account

I'm sorry you were not satisfied with the service. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, however in the payments industry the bank that provides service has risk and underwriting requirements to release funds. Fund holds are rare and unfortunate and we do everything we can to make sure our clients don't experience them.
