Good servers - but one of the worst support team ever!
Their servers are so good, stable. They also have got many locations. But one major reason why i give them 2 stars is their worst customer support. Their response time during working hours is fine, but their attitude to customers is so bad that it feels like they are offering the service for free. They also don't care about customers, a single complain - and they would ask you to look for another company. Lot of accounts are also being suspended, with a lock that doesn't even violate their ToS, or AUP and arguing with them is very useless as they don't even read whole support but reply based on your title of support ticket.

We offer a great service at a great price and try our best to provide excellent support to our clients, however, when we have to deal with the same clients abusive accounts again and again, yes, our support becomes less cordial with that client/reseller. We simply do not tolerate abusive accounts/clients. If you're looking for a host that is lenient towards abuse, we are not that type of host.
