I purchased a bundle package but I’m still getting charged for every little thing. They charged me for VPS services of $120 when I purchased it in the bundle. Tech support doesn’t read the ticket entirely and ignores what they want. I can’t use their services. PageMingo.com is always down so my website is always down. Terrible. I like Hostinger better.

Ich habe einen Test bei Hostlegends machen wollen und habe dort einen Account gekauft. Als Inhaber einer SEO Agentur kenne ich mich sehr gut mit unterschiedlichen Hostern aus. Bei Hostlegends kam ich NULL zurecht und versuche seitdem von der Geld-Zurück-Garantie Gebrauch zu machen. Mein Wunsch wird einfach ignoriert und es wird mir jedes Mal Hilfe angeboten, obwohl ich nunmehr in 5 E-Mails jedes Mal um Rückerstattung gebeten habe. Noch nie einen so komplizierten Hoster gesehen! Und auch noch nie solche unverschämte No-Money-Back-Policy erfahren, obwohl ich einfach nur von meinem mir zugesicherten Recht, der Money-Back-Garantie Gebrauch machen wollte. Alles in Allem kann ich keinem meiner Kunden empfehlen, diesen Hoster zu testen. Nachtrag: Nachdem ich zahlreiche E-Mails schreiben musste und letztendlich diese Bewertung verfasst hatte, wurde dann doch mein Geld zurückgezahlt.

We have a solution for my problem.

At first, I found HostLegends very complicated, being the typical tech-novice that I am. Everyday I will send them an angry email over a 'minor' issue. Their Support Team will patiently read, open a ticket, reply and solve my issues. Within the first month I realized that the platform is not only one of the cheapest in the hosting business but also it's a platform with a whole lot of other services that are all essential in one's day to day hosting requirements. The only HostLegends tool that, in my opinion, needs serious revamping or outright scrapping is the Page Mingo! It's meant to be a website page builder but even an AI Page Builder does better than it; multitudes of tools scattered all over the workspace, left, right and center, nothing categorized, no submenus... impossible to navigate! Apart from the Page Builder, for hosting and easy technical support, HostLegends is the place to go!

This hosting service has many valuable assets all in one place with reasonable prices. The customer service support does outstanding work. Quick to respond to any issues I've reported (24 - 48Hrs response). I've transition several of my domains to this hosting service without any problems. Thanks Hostlegends for being a valuable asset to my business.
