I had a problem that I accidentally caused my self, the support team handled my double payment, I turned on the auto renew, my error was I the big blue button to left says renew now, so I clicked on it, cause your normal payment plus I cause another payment to be paid out of our bank account, I gave the support member my info, he said my extra payment will be refunded in 5 to 7 days, a fantastic conclusion, your support team are the very best out there.
