However, it seems there has been a misunderstanding regarding our role in this situation. Hostify is a property management software provider, and our primary function is to offer a platform that helps property managers efficiently perform their daily management tasks. We do not handle properties directly, nor are we involved in financial transactions or dispute resolutions between guests and booking.com. The issues you have described appear to be related to the actions of a specific property manager who utilized our platform, but these issues are not a reflection or it’s related with the software or services that Hostify provides. To address your concerns, we recommend contacting the property manager directly, as well as the booking channel you used. While we are eager to assist, resolving this issue is unfortunately beyond our control. We hope this helps clarify our role and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have faced.
