Our property manager was using this software. The software is user-friendly but has lots of problems as well, especially when you manage lots of properties or a hotel with a large number of rooms. Unfortunately, the support is poor as well. There is online support on the software, but it's not helpful.

I had a great experience with the Hostify training with Toni. She was very accommodating, patient, and professional throughout the entire training session. She explained each feature and process clearly and in detail, making everything easy to understand and follow. I really appreciated how she took the time to answer all my questions and provided helpful examples whenever something needed further clarification. She made sure that I understood the system before moving on to the next topic, which made the training very comfortable and informative. Toni’s friendly and approachable attitude made it easy to ask questions and learn. The training was well-organized, engaging, and very helpful, especially for understanding how to use Hostify more efficiently in our daily work. Thank you, Toni, for your time, patience, and excellent training. I truly appreciate your support and guidance!
