Finally, a customer service rep who could identify my problem and guide me to the solution! This should have been an easy fix a month ago, but no one else took the time - even senior techs!!!

I had a complicated issue that required services above my account. Tthey quickly understood the issue and did what they need you to do to fix it.

I needed to update some of the information in our HostForWeb account. However, we don't need to change our information very often so I called HostForWeb to ask for assistance. Mayo came on the line and walked me through the steps I needed to take to make this update. Everything went very smoothly, and Mayo was very professional in helping me. We have been with HFW for several years, and it's good to know that there is a knowledgeable tech behind the telephone.

Because previous persons in our company dropped the ball, we ended up with a database that wasn't properly maintained. HFW has helped us limp along for 18 years. Now, because of new things, they couldn't maintain it. We've been trying to migrate it to a better platform within HFW and the billing got confused for no explicable reason. Anyway, I was very hacked off. Kim G was very polite and patient, bless his heart.

I had spent many, many years with HostForWeb previously and stayed loyal because of their extraordinary customer support. After drifting away to other projects, I’m back on a smaller scale and happy to see that their support system hasn’t changed. Since being gone for a number of years, I have forgotten many of the procedures but, again, their customer support has been outstanding in getting me back up to speed. If you’re looking for a great web host, I recommend them highly!
