There is absolutely no support response. The systems that are supposed to handle a player base up to 8 can't handle 1 or 2 players at a time. If you want to upgrade a plan to a higher plan (maybe pay more to fix it), you lose your time from the lower plan. There is no true upgrade path, they just charge you again and you lose the old plan remaining.

We actually prorate upgrades, not sure what you're talking about with losing your time from the lower plan. Refunds are available if you're unsatisfied, no questions asked. Let us help: [email protected]
