Been with H4G a little over a month now and I have had no issues what so ever the service is wonderful and so is there support fast to reply to any questions I have couldn't ask for anything better

They really try to help with issues or advice always polite and courteous especially Rachit. And no this not bogus review. Since I had one instance where my VPS was down due hardware failure and he got out of his way to help pe to restore critical sites on another instance. He could have refused or just give me "please be patient routine". Other than that after 2 years i had no issues with service thus 5 star rating.

You will get quick response each time over chat even on support tickets too.

These people are rude. I signed up for their service and decided within 24 hours that i wasn't going to use it and requested a refund. Never been to a web hosting site that did not offer a refund. They basically told me there is nothing they can do and they shut off my service. I then opened a PayPal claim sense I paid for the service and even though I do not want it, I cannot use it sense they locked my account. Be warned. Their service I am sure is great, but to go this far is ridiculous.

i was assisted by Mr Rachit and was quite in hurry to know about my Credit balance and he assisted me very quickly and response rate is very high , thats what we called it quick support players. i hope rest of there service will stay same with good quality...
