I have been with Host4Geeks for nearly three years and have 5 VPS's with them.

One thing I love about Host4geeks is their outstanding customer support. Their live chat is still one of the best I've ever used. They typically respond almost immediately, even at midnights. Apart from that, their pricing is way too cheap to be believable. Host4geeks is surely the best hosting I have ever used.

I have been using host4geeks for over 5 years now for both personal and client projects. Through all these years I've used a variety of other hosts in an effort to save money, but found myself returning to them for many reasons: 1. Their Tech Support has always been great. Even a few times when I screwed up the server and they fixed it for free. 2. Their Tech Support is available 24/7 and they always respond quick even in the early AM. 3. They provide honest and clear transparency about issues. I had a server go down due to a hardware issue on their end. They had it resolved within an hour and provided me with a credit for that month. 4. They actually own their entire infrastructure, right from the servers to the network and the IPs, which means when and if things go wrong they have complete command over the situation. 5. They are constantly improving their services, especially like great support for WordPress sites. 6. The uptime is amazing. I monitor all my sites using Uptime Robot and host4geeks can definitely boast about having great uptime. Mine all average 99.99 percent.

Support is very helpful. I don't have much of an understanding of working with servers and domains, however every time I contact support with a question they are able to help me get what I need done. Often times they just do it for me which is super helpful. Been with host4geeks for 3 years and plan on staying for a long time.

6 Years now and counting since i first signed up with Host4Geeks. It's my continued satisfaction with these folks that make me trust them enough to move all my domain registrations and sites to them. Submitting a support request gets a response in literal seconds and the followup from a real person in less than 2-3 minutes usually. Sometimes sooner but rarely later. There've been times there people have bent over backwards to assist me with a problem without me even asking and that's something to truly appreciate.

Awful service, moved our website to a new server with no notification and it left our website off line, cant phone them as no tel number for support and no live chat available
