Dear James Lebers, We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your order. We have received an official response from the manufacturer. One item (Lucido, Grafito) will be replaced/refunded. However the manufacturer does not admit it to be defective and continues the investigation on this unpleasant issue, assuring us that this is the first complaint about this style. The other item (Lucido, Moreno) has been worn and cannot be claimed as defective. There will be no refund on it. Please note, that to claim a defect of an item, the item should be unworn. For more information please refer to our Return Policy or contact our Customer Support at [email protected]. Your Payment Card was refunded for the defective item on 03/30/2018 Regards, Hosieree
