Needed specialty hardware, but it that was outrageously overpriced from a popular brand in the woodworking world. Horton Brasses had just what I needed, at realistic and fair price. The shipping was quick, and the quality of the hardware (brass plunger catch) was superb. I wish I'd heard of them long ago. Highly recommended.

No problem with my order. All the information online concerning the special items I was looking for was complete and accurate, the handling and shipping was very fast, the packaging and packing perfect. Definitely one of the best online sellers.

Your quality of brass far surpasses most of the companies we have used for 27 years. Your service was excellent ! We normally have to wait a good week for delivery, and depending on the job, are forced to polish and buff the existing hardware. Your delivery was three days, and the order was correct, a big plus for someone like our restoration company, waiting for the job to be completed so we can deliver and receive payment for our work . Hats off to your company ! Blue Mt: Finishing

Horton brasses are excellent, customer service could not be better . My order was very small, two brass bails to be shipped to the UK they took so much trouble to get exactly the right size when I couldn't figure it out. Parcel here in a few days , should be 10 stars for Horton brasses

I have always read positive reviews about Horton, but only understood this after ordering from them. Awesome customer service, high quality products and great social media programs. Prices well worth the quality and consistency. Customer for life.

I purchased a set of bed bolts a wrench and covers for project. the bed wrench came and I was not happy with the finish on it and it had some isues in symetry. I called and left a message on friday after business hours monday morning I got a call not with the usual questions or run around but with a solution already thought out. The apologized ove and over and said they were looking at useing a tumbled finish and if I was in aggrement they would send me one out right away as a replacement. it arrived a day or two later in perfect condition. The new finish looks great and feels great in your hand. The patina that will develope will be amazing over the years. no one could ask for a more prompt or better resolution. thanks again to everyone at Horton Brasses.

Just wanted to add that he was right about the wrenches. They didn't look as good as they should have. Now they all come with a much nicer surface finish.
