thank you !!!

The hinges I ordered arrived in 3 days, exactly as promised. Included a nice note telling me who to call if there was any problem. This was admittedly a simple order, but I can't imagine any better service.

I'm building a small Pennsylvania spice chest (following the piece by Steve Latta featured in Fine Woodworking) which requires an array of brasses. Included are eleven ring pulls, a pair of hinges, a mortised lock and an escutcheon. The ordering process was wonderful with the Horton staff able to immediately reference the specific issue of FWW. Having an array of surface finishes to choose from was an additional plus. My real surprise was the relatively low price - not that brass will ever be accused of being inexpensive but I certainly didn't need a tube of KY jelly. The shipment arrived in a couple of days and the quality was everything I expected. It just doesn't get much better than that. Steve Lanier Lady's Island SC

I searched the internet for antique nails for a project. All the others were so high I could not use them. I found just what I needed at Horton at a very good price. They kept me informed of the shipping and delivered the nails as promissed. Thank you.

really fast shipping, I have been looking for replacement parts for a long time. These look like the were always on my furniture!

Good quality product. Lock functions well. Quick delivery. There was still some foundry clay or polishing compound on the bolt that was easily wiped off.

Looked long and hard for wrought head slot screws - had lots of them years ago and my supply had dwindled - I restore antiques for my wife's business. Found them on their website which was easy to understand and navigate - ordered them and received them lightning-fast. Thanks!!!

Good price. Fast international shipping. Didn't gouge me on shipping. What's not to like? The product is high quality and will look great on my bed.
