Hortons Brass customer service is unparalleled. I have never worked with a vendor that is so proactive in meeting clients needs and insuring the best pricing for quality products.

Great product that helps me out in my art business. Very dependable service and the product fits nicely with my work...

I needed to replace knobs on pull out shelves, but I was confused by the choices, so I called the 800 number and not only received clear explanations, but also got wonderful advice on what would best meet my needs. The product came much sooner than promised and the quality was superb. They have choices that cannot be found in any retail store.

Found Horton while restoring an antique cabinet and they were the only ones to offer English lock mechanisms with the right quality and dimensions. The search capability on their site was the best and shipping was the fastest ever.

There was a note in the package from the packer explaining everything and telling me what to do if I didn't get what I wanted. I was very pleased with this note and with the product.

This company provides a wonderful selection of difficult to find brass specialties and knobs. Fast shipping,
