Hi there Beth. Thanks for your feedback. Horseplay uses both your device location and account details to verify eligibility, so if your mobile number is linked to a non-legal state, it can sometimes cause issues. Good news—this is usually fixable! Our support team can help verify your location and get you set up properly. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist.

Hi Vivian, thanks for sharing your experience—we know how important it is to feel confident when it comes to your money, and we’re sorry this has been frustrating. When a deposit is matched with a bonus, there are playthrough requirements that need to be completed before withdrawals are allowed. These terms are shared in our terms and conditions and are common across the industry to keep things fair for all players. Our team has been in touch with you directly to walk through the details and help out. If you still have any questions or need a hand with anything, we’re here for you—just shoot us a message at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help however we can. Thanks again for your feedback, and we hope to turn your experience around.

Hi Pamela. Thanks for sharing your experience. We totally get how it can be frustrating when the wins don’t come as often—especially after a fun start. Horseplay is built to offer a legal, "Vegas-style" experience where every outcome is powered by real horse races, which means everything is based on chance and fairness. Still, we know it’s more fun when you’re hitting those wins, and we’re always working to make the experience as exciting and rewarding as possible. If you ever have questions or want to chat with our support team, we’re always here to help at [email protected] Thanks again for giving us a try—we really appreciate it.
