HorologyHour®Reviews of horologyhour.com

Collin from Horology Hour is excellent to deal with. He is knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, kind, patient, and helpful. He answered my questions patiently and in detail and promptly responded to my emails and phone calls. To top it all, he gave me an excellent price for my purchase and trade-in. The product was exactly as described and even better in person. Horology Hour is one of the most beautifully designed websites with detailed, high-quality pictures and information. I highly recommend Collin and Horology Hour and will do business with them again. For smooth deals, give Collin a call.

Excellent transaction - communication was timely and detailed. Watch arrived exactly as described.

I've purchased two time pieces from Collin now and each transaction has been flawless and easy going. Watches arrived quickly at my local Fedex location, safe and available for me to pick up when my schedule allows. Items authentic and complete, better than presented. It's easy dealing with Collin and the watches offered are in fantastic condition. Would purchase again from Collin and Horology Hour without hesitation.

I had a very good experience with Horology Hour/ Collen. I purchased a watch and consigned a watch, and was extremely pleased with both transactions I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Collin was responsive, answered every question I had (including sending additional photos promptly), and shipped my watch immediately after receiving payment via overnight service. Highly recommend working with HorologyHour and Collin!

Purchased a 116264 (turn-o-graph) from Collin. Overall, had a fantastic experience. Collin was responsive, accurate in his descriptions of the watch, fair in his price and a very timely shipper. Completed the wiring of funds yesterday and the watch was in my hands by 4 PM today. It also was packaged beautifully (purchased the watch with box and papers so perhaps that helped). I would highly recommend considering purchasing from Collin and the Horology Hour team (and I will certainly be back in the future). I was certainly wary when considering buying a watch online, but given Collin’s history as a seller paired with extensive reviews from buyers who have successfully purchased from him, any uncertainties were eased. Thank you again, Collin. I will certainly be back.

I really enjoyed my complete experience with Collin at Horology Hour! From early and clear communication then simply payment instructions to a perfectly packaged overnight arrival of my new Rolex Explorer, the process could not have been any easier. To further ease any doubts, Collin was insistent he stood behind his sales and would happily return/exchange the watch if it didn’t meet my expectations. Everyone always says, “Buy the seller.” Well, Collin is your guy!

Quick, easy, and trustworthy! It only took a day from purchase to actually having my watch in hand. Great experience buying from Horology will be back for more. Thanks Collin!
