HorologyHour®Reviews of horologyhour.com

Outstandingly quick and smooth transaction. Great communication. Colin is very responsive. My watch was in my hands and on my wrist 24 hours after payment was sent and confirmed. Would absolutely buy from Colin and Horology Hour again.

Collin was great to work with. Unfortunately, I failed to do my research and the watch I purchased did not have SEL (my fault for not confirming). Collin honored his no hassle returns policy and I returned the watch to him and received my refund less shipping costs with no problems. I’ll definitely keep an eye on the website and look forward to doing business with him in the future.

Collin was super attentive and responsive throughout the process. Next day shipping is an excellent service as well. Thanks for everything!

Great experience and watch was delivered timely and in the condition advertised!

Excellent communication, fast shipping, excellent product

Excellent customer service. Excellent product. Quick shipping. Would absolutely buy from again

Top notch experience purchasing from Horology hour. Was a pleasure to deal with Collin. Was a bit apprehensive initially as I needed international shipping. Got my order in 3 days. Collins took the time to answer all my questions and provided honest opinions and feedback. Will definitely purchase again.

Great communications. Fair price and watch was just as pictured and described. Would not hesitate to transact again.
