HorologyHour®Reviews of horologyhour.com

Collin is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer detailed questions about a Daytona I ultimately purchased. He and his team do a great job communicating and getting the product out quick. I had my watch in my possession within 24 hours of our first call!

Excellent watch in like new excellent condition. Just a described and presented. Recommended seller ...

I recently purchased my first Rolex from from Horology Hour and it was an absolute pleasure working with Collin. He made himself available for a couple of phone calls to answer all my questions and was completely transparent throughout the sales process. He provided clear, consistent communication and went above and beyond what I was expecting. I typically don't leave reviews but was so pleased with his service that I asked him if I could leave him a review. I can't recommend Horology Hour enough and will absolutely work with him again in the future.

Information on the website was very accurate and service was quick and excellent. Collin was very helpful in answering all the questions. Definitely will consider buying watches from them again.

Seller was communicative the whole time. He was flexible with his schedule, and the product was even better in person (condition wise) than what he posted. Thanks!

The whole experience with Collin and HorologyHour was clean and easy. Collin described and supported the condition of the watch well, and it came exactly as expected. Shipping was fast and easy. Couldn't have gone any smoother - very happy.

Great seller here! Collin was very quick to answer all my questions and sent any pics I asked for. Watch came just as described with prompt shipping. Authentication came back just as expected, no issues at all. Would buy from him again!

I had the pleasure of working with Collin for selling and purchasing a watch through Horology Hour. The communication and customer service from this team are top-notch. They’re always quick to respond and update me on the status of my shipment dates. If you’re considering buying your first luxury watch (or looking to add to the collection), you’ve come to the right place. 10 out of 10 overall experience.
