Hormify supplement subscriptions and the Wellness Challenge are separate plans, and each should be clearly presented during checkout before purchase. We understand your concern if the distinction between the two was not clear to you at the time of ordering or cancellation. Regarding the additional payment, Hormify subscription plans are offered at a discounted subscription rate compared to the standard one-time purchase price. If a customer cancels before the second subscription charge is processed, the discount difference may apply under the subscription terms. However, we understand how conflicting explanations about this would be frustrating. We also understand your concern about receiving a shipment notification without working tracking information. Tracking can sometimes take additional time to update after a label is created, but our support team should still be able to review the order status and provide clarification.
