Hormify does offer separate subscription-based services, including the supplement subscription and the Wellness Program. We’re really sorry this experience left you feeling misled and unable to trust the purchase. Hormify offers both one-time and subscription options, as well as a separate Wellness Program that may carry its own recurring charge. If you intended to make a one-time purchase and believe recurring plans were added without your understanding, we want that checkout history reviewed carefully. Regarding the additional amount mentioned when canceling the supplement subscription, subscription orders are sold at a discounted price compared with the regular one-time purchase price. If the subscription is canceled before the required second order, the difference between those prices may apply. It is not intended as a separate cancellation fee, although we understand why it can feel that way if the subscription terms were not clear when ordering.
