I first tried the competitor brand Hormone Harmony for several months and saw very little results. I am pleasantly surprised with Hormify, because even without a real discipline on my diet (Thanks to the holidays) and without much exercise, I was surprised to see my brain fog disappear, my feet edema resolved and decreased appetite (unable to finish my plate).
