This review contains multiple statements that are factually incorrect. The billing tied to this order reflects a subscription purchase with one initial order and one renewal charge only — not “charging over and over.” Subscription status and renewal terms are disclosed at checkout and reiterated in the order confirmation, shipping/tracking emails, and the renewal reminder sent prior to billing (including cancellation instructions). Our support team has also responded to the customer’s requests. We cannot publish account-specific documentation publicly, but we can provide full billing and communication records directly to the reviewer and to Trustpilot upon request. If the reviewer or Trustpilot require proof that this purchase was a subscription plan, including the related confirmations and reminders, we can provide that documentation as well. If the reviewer believes there are additional charges beyond the initial order and single renewal, they should provide the charge dates and descriptors so this can be verified and resolved immediately.
