During checkout, customers are presented with both one-time purchase and subscription options, and the selected option is reflected in the order confirmation and subsequent communications. We also want to clarify that we do not refuse subscription cancellations. Customers may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. However, the timing of the cancellation request and the status of any pending or already processed orders can affect what options are available under the applicable terms and policies. While we understand your frustration, we respectfully disagree with the characterization that the company is dishonest.
