Hallo, Ihr Lieben. Leider bin Ich sehr entäuscht über dieses Unternehmen. Ersteinmal sind diese E-flight rc Flugzeuge sehr teuer, und am Ende ist alles auch noch unzuverlässig. Am 31.12.2023 bestellte ich ein Raidan UMX, 3 passende Akkus, und ein Ladegerät. als erstes kamen die Akkus ,2 Monate später das Flugzeug, und das Ladegerät ist in weiter ferne. Also ehrlich, ich werde mir da nichts mehr kaufen,das war es dann mit E-Flight......Einfach unterirdisch.

When you cancel parts of an ORDER they just rip you off and never return the money. they Claim "we only charge when its shipped" this is a COMPLETE LIE!!! I have the pay pal receipt...

With as many complaints and poor customer service issues I'm finding it hard to believe Horizon Hobby is still in business. I have spent over $6,000.00 with Horizon Hobby over the last years and have been extremely disappointed. This company does not even provide a receipt for your order. I shipping ticket, yes, but no receipt and this is how Horizon Hobby is charging customers for "extras" because you do not see it coming. I have asked for a printout of all my orders so I can verify the correct amounts were charged and they absolutely refused. They required I send in copies of my credit cards statements which I have and apparently they do not check or even call back, no emails, this is just a poorly run business. I have complained, wrote, emailed, called, texted and zero customer service. One reviewer said it right they are pretty much the main player but I see that coming to an end not in the distant future. You can't have an "F" rating, and treat customers poorly and think it is okay and stay afloat. The owner should sell the company to someone with a positive customer service background. I ordered a preordered R/C plane that now they tell me it will be shipped in June. REALLY? I have ordered unstuck items and was told it will be months that their system is in error. How can it be in an error, they just updated their systems 8 months ago and assured everyone it will be fixed. IT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED! If you like to be overcharged, not given the points you have earned and like to wait for an unknown period of time go ahead and place your order. You still won't get a receipt and can almost guarantee a negative experience. 1.39 out of 5 should tell you all you need to know. I have been a supporter of Horizon Hobby for a long time but that is all gone. Too many customer service and supply issues. The most basic business item is to provide a customer with a receipt for their purchase and they can't even do that right.

They are just killing the rc world !!!

suite a l'achat d'un axial cj7 reçu dans les temps toujours eu un contact pars mail. j'ai eu un problème avec les pneus âpres leur avoir montrais avec une video et plusieurs mail j'ai reçu gratuitement pneu colle et jantes je suis ravis d'avoir commander chez eu et le les recommande sans hésitation

I ordered a rc boat from hh And I received a random fusalage to a tiny flat winged craft that resembles a stealth fighter but really small , after messaging customer service and about 20 emails later they said to return the item and they will send me my boat I payed for in 14 days , I give up at this point and contacted PayPal and they they are very helpful, in a nut shell I would avoid trusting this company and it's sad because I recall them being an awesome company but if I could give less then 1 star its deserved, I will contact there CFO

I wished I had done my research before buying from them. Bought a plane kit and a flight simulator for xmas. Weeks later 2 big invoices from FedEx came for "Disbursement Fee, Clearance Entry Fee" and HST on top of them! The website was not clear the Shipping and Handling was not all that would cost you. Not very happy. I'll buy local from now on.
