I really like my agent. He's very good at what he does and is easy to work with even when the information he is delivering is not what you wanted to hear.

Update 07/2025 - my case was reviewed. They heard me out. Changes were made. It is greatly appreciated. The agent is the reason I gave the two stars. He was timely, helpful, well mannered, and handled business professionally. He got me set up with a breeze. He was able to be reached after hours as well. With my work schedule this was helpful. My home (renting) was totaled out by the recent tornadoes in northeast Texas. The claims process has been terrible. Adjuster did not come out to the house to see the damage herself and has been hard to get in contact with. Definitely got lowballed with the check they sent out before having a physical conversation with me (she left a voicemail with her findings and wouldn’t answer my call when I called back soon after). It has been an awful headache. The burden of proof is on the client. Just found that out.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're glad the agent was helpful and responsive to your needs. We understand your frustration with the claims process, especially following the tornado damage to your home. We're sorry to hear that the adjuster's visit and communication have been difficult. We strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our claims process is handled efficiently and fairly. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us identify areas where we can continue to improve.
