My toddler never liked the seat in my double stroller, and it made the stroller heavy and harder to push. She loves the Hoppie seat and has a bit more freedom to move around. It’s much lighter, which makes pushing the stroller easier too.

Very poor customer service. Delivery took far longer than expected. I attempted to return within the 14 day period, emailed asking how to proceed and they did not answer. When I prompted them, they said it was now too late. Seems they did it on purpose so I wasn’t able to return the product. They were also incredibly rude. Doesn’t had a 5 point harness. I am so disappointed.

Cuidado. No pongo 0 porque no hay. Llego más tarde de los días que aseguran que llega. Y lo envían a un punto de recogida, no en la dirección indicada. Solicité la devolución porque ya no lo necesitaba al llegar tarde. Me indicaron que por favor lo recogiera para hacer la devolución. Me desplazo al punto que me indican y luego, para hacer la devolución, me cobran los gastos de envío. Cuando lo podía haber dejado en el punto que enviaron, que yo no indiqué. ¡Estafa! Y aún estoy esperando la devolución del producto. .

Terrible customer service. Online it states 4-6 days shipping however it has been over 2 weeks and still no news of the item. I contacted Hoppie and they were not helpful, only apologised and said its on its way. I keep hearing the same thing when I contact them. Very upsetting

Order hasn’t arrived, evri just keep saying they are expecting it. Tracking is stuck. Beyond time frame. Hoppie won’t refund. So annoyed.
