A very thorough completion as well as answering all question posed.

The surly gentleman that unclogged my sewer knew his stuff, but spent every second trying to scare me with horror stories of 'catastrophic' failures, sinkholes in my yard and failures in my line that would require losing the bathroom in my basement and tearing-up the road and sidewalk. In the end, he was able to get two blades through to the road and unclog my sewer drain. He recommended me getting the line maintained every 6 months. I probably will be faced with replacing my line at some point, but I obviously have some time to manage this. Just give me the facts without the obnoxious sales pressure.

The flush valve in our Toto toilet needed to be replaced. The Hope Technician used a Fluidmaster flush valve. I questioned him why he chose not to use the Korky valve recommended by the toilet manufacturer. He said it the Fluidmaster works just as well. I agree that it works - but not as well as the original Korky valve.

Hope plumbing came with the times they said. They knew what they were doing and at a fair price.
