Hope PlumbingReviews of hopeplumbing.com

excellent service

Hope communicated well every step of the way. The estimate was professional and prices were fair. The crew was efficient and courteous.

Toilet replacement, bathtub fixture replacement and outdoor spigot replacement; all done to my satisfaction.

Hope Plumbing talked me through my issues, preventing me from contracting them for more help than I needed. They went above and beyond to get the job done.

Professional and fair. Very responsive to customer needs. Highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors

They were helpful and diagnosed the problem from my description and then fixed it.

Well, we had some problems with Hope this time. And, while Hope did send out someone to address our concerns, and while Hope did reduce the price, one of our faucets has less water pressure than before repairs. Not sure how we feel about it all a few weeks out.

I had Hope replace a leaking hot water tank. The cost was above other estimates I got but Hope did some work for me previously which I was happy with so I went with them again despite the cost. The replacement was completed quickly and within 2 days of contacting Hope for an estimate. Unfortunately, a mistake was made when reconnecting my water softener that resulted in a lot of water being discharged into my garage in the middle of the night when the softener recahrged. Hope made it right though and came back promptly, fixed the problem and gave me a partial refund due to the mistake. I will use Hope again if I have another plumbing issue.
