The customer service was fantastic. We were referred to Hope by some friends and were not disappointed. The guys who arrived did so within a couple hours of my call and helped me make an informed decision as our the product I needed, specifically making sure that I didn't purchase anything that I didn't need. I would use them again and have already offered referrals. Great experience!

Hope staff is great to wok with and provide insight as to the nature of the repair or installation and provide estimates that are easy to understand. They have always delivered for me and my 60 year old home.

Overall, I think the services was very good as always. Both technicians who came out were polite, knowledgeable, and motivated to do their best. The only confusion was they sent the camera technician first, when I actually needed the cutter technician, which caused a few days' delay. I didn't realize they were part of a package deal, so once I was brought up to speed on that (and received a 10% discount for the confusion), it was smooth sailing from there. I'll definitely use Hope Plumbing again when the need arises.

Had them out to replace dead sump. Quick and painless. Explained options. No hard sell. Also out to repair odd noise in Kitchen sink and they did a great job. Young guys who know what they are doing.

They guys did a great job as always. Took some time to find the thing in our old neighborhood, but work was great. We use Hope for all our work and as a realtor I refer them out as often as I can.

I had a new sewer line dug. The work was done well, problem fixed. The workers were very nice and did a good job. The only problem I had was I wasn't aware that they would leave the dirt from the hole to settle on its own, and I have about 3ft of dirt! They said that would have been on my quote, but I never received a "written" quote....it was done over the phone. I saw that statement on my final "paperwork" but the job had already been done. I know using computer instead of paper is fairly new, but it certainly needs to be perfected. Now, it will probably be spring before the dirt (3 ft!) is completely settled and I will have to hire someone to finish the job. Hope said to "water" it, but winter is almost here and I have put everything away. Unfortunately, this is in my front yard, right in front of the porch so I need it to be level with the ground. The work was good, but communication was poor.
