The work hasn't been completed yet... pleased to date but it would make more sense to ask me this after completion of the project.

Nice work! Everything was done thoroughly and as discussed.

They did not complete the job they were hired to do and have thus far refused to grant me a refund.

Easy to schedule, quick diagnosis- not a plumbing problem I had been dreading but a water softener issue( rented from Elgin who replaced tank the next day). Did have my old toilets rebuilt and reseated. Don't think that was an easy job! Happy no charge to get extra parts delivered. No push to replace the old bisque and blue toilets either.

A nice fellow did a good job. The level of planning and anticipation made it take longer than anticipated.

I felt the rep was more focused on selling me a complete new bathtub then addressing the immediate plumbing problem I called about. Although I understand the upsell approach I simply needed help with my problem and the next bid focused solely on that and I hired them instead

The services were done well. Picking a showerhead finish from teh Delat book was a mistake. I should have asked to see samples in person before the job started. The kitchen sink handle is loose, but everything else is great.

We've always been pleased with Hope Plumbing. They specialize in older homes, so they understand and are ready to deal with anything that can come up. The service is unfailingly professional, friendly and courteous. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
