I ordered my masks on 1/10/22 and as of 2/6/22, 4 weeks later, have not received them. I wrote an email to cancel the order on 1/31 and have not received a response! THIS COMPANY HOPE HEALTH SUPPLY IS A SCAM!!!

This company is definitely unreliable. Like many others, I ordered on Jan 3 2022. My order was processed and my card was charged immediately. I never received an email acknowledgement. I sent several emails and got an automated response saying they received the email. I finally sent an email to cancel the order-another auto response saying nothing. On Jan 30 I disputed the charge with my credit card company. On Feb 2, low and behold, I get an email saying they’ve shipped my order! There’s something very dishonest about this company. Don’t waste your time or money with them.

SCAM!! Do not order anything from them!! Same experience as most people on here, ordered Jan 8, 2022 have not received shipment. Emailed several times only one response they would answer in 24 hours, that was a week and a half ago. No phone number of course. Took my card info off account, will be contacting bank. SCAM! Ordered a bunch from Amazon great quality N95, got in two days. No clue why I didnt do this in the first place.

I ordered masks on 1/1/22 and have still not received the masks. Other reviews have indicated similar experiences and have determined the company is a scam - I wholly agree and am contacting my bank/credit card company of such and requesting a refund and reporting the company as fraudulent. Beware of this company!

If I could rate them a 0, I would. They took the money out of my acc't. on 1/5/2022, it is now 2/2/2022, and have not gotten my merchandise yet. There is no way of getting any feedback from them because they don't answer the phones, texts or e-mail. Bogus company, do not get fooled like me.

Scam Will not answer phone, or email, had a fake shipping number and masks were never delivered. But they took my payment IMMEDIATELY.

Bad experience. Ordered on Jan 7, 2021. I texted them several times and got only automated responses each time . I decided to check on the company which I should have done before ordering and found many people which the same problem. I contacted my bank and they were able to credit my account. They did email a few days ago to say they were packing my order. I don’t know if they realize I was reimbursed. Don’t care. Poor customer service!! Do not order from this company. Big time scam!!
